Marc Grunseit
In 2024 I recorded a terrific conversation with my friend and colleague Marc Grunseit, now retired. Starting professional life as a medical doctor, Marc changed career paths and established Lights of Fantasy in Bronte, before eventually moving into much larger premises in Alexandria. He has many successful stained glass commissions around NSW, including two Bicentennial windows in the foyer of the Sydney Town Hall.
We ended up chatting for well over two hours, all of of it really interesting, so I've split the story into two parts. You can listen to Part One here.

Martin Van Der Toorn
After a long hiatus I commenced the process of interviewing other stained glass masters. With a bit of investigation I managed to locate Martin Van Der Toorn and his wife Norma, introduced myself and explained my project. They were most welcoming and over a number of visits we became firm friends. They are both well into their 90's now. You can listen to our conversation, which runs for just over an hour.
Anne Dybka
Over the past couple of decades I have been gradually interviewing other stained glass artists, to archive their life stories for posterity. The first of these interviews was actually with a glass engraver, Anne Dybka, who was a close friend. Anne passed away in 2006. You can listen here on Soundcloud
