Magazines

Stained Glass Quarterly Highly recommended for anyone interested in the craft, history and current trends in stained glass. One of my windows was featured on the cover of the Summer 2011 issue. Published by the Stained Glass Association of America, who also run an annual conference (when COVID allows). Active since 1903.
Glass Art Magazine Covering the whole gamut of glass art techniques, with a North American focus but an International reach
Craft Arts International Sadly this publication has ceased with issue #96. It was a beautiful Australian publication covering many diverse media, nearly always featuring glass. I believe back issues can still be purchased from the website
GLASS: The UrbanGlass Quarterley a glossy art magazine published four times a year by UrbanGlass that has provided a critical context to the most important artwork being done in the medium of glass for 35 years. Urban Glass is an open-access studio in New York City.

Associations

Ausglass Australian Association of Glass Artists, a very broad church including collectors, enthusiasts, practitioners and academics. Ausglass hosts a high-callibre bi-annual conference rotating around various cities in Australia and publishes a quarterly journal online. The 2021 Conference was postponed of course, like everything else COVID-affected, and is expected to be hosted in Melbourne in Jan 2023.
GLAAS inc Associated with AGDA but a separate entity with a broader focus, with its primary aim to promote glass in art and architecture
GAS The Glass Art Society of America, with a similarly inclusive membership to Ausglass, who host an annual conference. Ausglass and GAS joined forces in 2015 to host States of Illumination in Adelaide, SA.
NZSAG The New Zealand Society of Glass Artists- as the name suggests. In 2019 Ausglass went to New Zealand for the joint ColabConference.
